Thank you to everyone who donated to our Holiday Giving Program! You’ve made this year a great success and brought joy to hundreds of individuals and families during this holiday season.
The holidays are a special time of year… Sadly, this isn’t true for everyone, particularly individuals and families who have experienced domestic violence. Every year, Safe Futures hosts the Holiday Giving Program and our community comes together to brighten the holidays for those needing comfort and hope for a better future. We hope you can participate in this year’s Holiday Giving Program!
Ways to Give:
Safe Futures will care for more than 500 children, adults, and families during the Holiday season. We asked each client to tell us what they wish for this year and, in order to grant hundreds of wishes, we need your help! Donors can sponsor a family or individual, receive a list of wished for items provided by the client, shop for the gifts, and return unwrapped gifts by December 10th to Safe Futures holiday donation area. Gifts must be new and unwrapped in a tied bag or fully closed box. We cannot accept toys or games with violent themes.
One of the greatest gifts we can give our clients is empowering them to do their own holiday shopping for their families. Our parents rarely think of themselves and we encourage the donation of gift cards this holiday season. Gift cards in smaller denominations $20 – $50 are appreciated. Suggested stores: Walmart, Target, Stop & Shop, Kohl’s, Shop Rite, and Dunkin’ Donuts.
Order directly from our Amazon and Target Wish Lists to support families in need this holiday season. Be sure to include your contact information in the gift message section so we can say THANK YOU and send you letter of acknowledgment and gratitude.
